This plan provides coverage for in-patient benefits including acute and chronic conditions, primary care, and emergency services. Middle East Level One also offers full out-patient benefits* including Maternity, Well Child Tests, and Adult Travel Vaccinations with the flexibility of offering optional physical examinations.

Middle East Level Two also offers full out-patient benefits* including Well Child Tests and Adult Travel Vaccinations with the flexibility of offering optional physical examinations.

Middle East Level Three Plan

This plan provides coverage for in-patient benefits including acute and chronic conditions, primary care, and emergency services. Middle East Level Three offers full out-patient benefits* including increased limit for the Maternity benefit, Well Child Tests, and Adult Travel Vaccinations with the flexibility of offering optional physical examinations.
