How to Get a Quote
CIEB has made obtaining a quote even easier by placing all the need-to-know information and our quote applications on the web. Click here to contact your dedicated sales representative based on your location. Your sales representative will contact you and ask you to supply as much of the following information as possible for a more realistic quote. Don’t forget to use the website when outlining the products for which you would like a quote. Please note that you must employ 50 people or more worldwide in order to obtain a quote.
- Download and complete a Census for Participants which should include any Expatriates, Third Country Nationals, Key Locals, and Eligible Dependents. Refer to the key definitions page of assistance in classifying your international employees.
- Provide details of your current plan design or a proposed plan of benefits.
- Identify the lines of coverage you would like us to quote.
- Provide proposed effective date.
- Identify your current carrier, the length of the average overseas assignment, and the employees’ occupations or titles. Current rates are helpful for groups under 125 employees.
- Provide any broker or consultant contact information.
CIEB recognizes that obtaining all of the requested information may not be possible, however, the more information that is received, the more realistic your quote will be.
