Online Enrollment Tool
Online Enrollment from CIEB provides access to powerful searching and reporting capabilities. The Advanced Search function allows users to search by coverage or member information. Online enrollment allows employers to review membership prior to bill issuance, confirm enrollment changes occurred as expected, and manage eligibility processes and reporting. Users can design custom membership reports, which are easily downloaded to spreadsheets. The Online Enrollment option does not require the client to modify data, but to simply submit employee information either through manual enrollment or through an electronic file or data source, from which CIEB will then upload into the system. This tool is available for all CIEB clients. Contact your broker or CIEB sales representative for more information about the online enrollment option.
CIEB Service Enhancements
At CIEB, we are committed to continuous improvement. While we continue to grow and improve, we would like to share some of our 2008 achievements with you.
In February, Kim Feltovic began leading the Client Management Team, and added multiple positions to her staff. Client Management has also started to move toward decentralization of the team to position CIEB Client Managers closer to their clients on a daily basis. Decentralization facilitates a localized team approach, providing clients with expanded access to key team members through geographic proximity. We now have Client Managers located in eight states and six countries. Decentralization will continue as our client base continues to grow.
The Client Management team is also developing a Client Advisory Board. The purpose of this board is to engage our clients and gain feedback on our business processes and strategy. CIGNA values the relationship it has with its customers, and we want to deliver world-class customer service to you. More details will follow shortly.
In addition, the Global Service Operations team continues to consistently meet or exceed all key measurements of success. We have achieved sustained levels of performance through a staffing model that anticipates growth and promotes staff retention. We employ Six Sigma practices throughout our service organization to improve process quality and efficiency. In addition, cultural and client-specific training, such as our Service Certification Program, are an integral part of our team development strategy.

Expansion in Number of Singapore Provider Contracts
As part of our ongoing efforts to expand access to quality care for our members, CIEB is pleased to announce a significant increase to our CIGNALinksSM Singapore network. As of October 1, 2008, the network increased 20 percent with the addition of 46 specialists bringing the total number of specialists in the network to 250. This increase follows our recent expansion of the general practitioners segment of the network to a total 270 as of August 2008. Efforts to further expand the network are underway.
CIEB members can locate participating providers using our new web portal www.CIGNAenvoy.com. In-network CIGNALinks Singapore providers offer the benefit of quality care along with cashless settlement of claims. When members use CIGNALinks participating providers, there are no claim forms to file, and covered medical services are paid at 100 percent according to the terms and conditions of your benefit plan. CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits offers one of the largest international provider networks available, featuring access to thousands of prescreened doctors, dentists, hospitals, and clinics in locations around the world. We selected those providers whom we have identified as preferred in their geographic area, based upon a number of different selection criteria.
