Calling All Email Addresses
CIEB is dedicated to providing a positive experience to our clients. One way we can do that is by communicating with our clients’ employees and their dependents directly. Valid subscriber e-mail addresses allow CIEB to administer our client's benefits plans more efficiently and enhances our customer service capabilities. Electronic communications are ideally conducted via our CIGNA Envoy web portal, which provides our subscribers with all of the benefits and services of our website, eliminates manual input by our eligibility department, and increases contact information accuracy. Collection of valid subscriber e-mail addresses and an increased utilization of CIGNA Envoy are also part of a CIGNA-wide “go green” initiative. If your employees would like to participate in our email address initiative, please contact your eligibility analyst.
Podcasts Now Available in Multiple Languages
CIEB offers podcasts to expatriates on a range of topics, and now they’re available in seven languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Swiss-German, Chinese, and Japanese. Multilingual podcasts are one more way that CIEB is demonstrating its commitment to its international customers.
Ken Vaughan, senior vice president of Global Sales, Client Management, and Marketing at CIEB says, “While some may say that the language of our business is English, we argue that the language of health care is universal. As with all of our services, our multilingual podcasts are designed to help address our customers’ needs, regardless of their home country or where they do business.”
