Fourth Annual Global Survey of Health Promotion and Workplace Wellness Strategies
Buck Consultants invites you to participate in its Fourth Annual Global Survey of Health Promotion and Workplace Wellness Strategies. This survey is designed to gain insight into how employers around the world implement and evaluate strategic wellness and health promotion initiatives to improve employee health and morale, control costs, and enhance workforce productivity and performance.
Building on the data and trends collected from last year's survey – which included responses from more than 1,100 employers in 45 countries – the fourth edition explores areas such as the business case for wellness, program design and measurement, incentives, and communications, and also includes new questions on stress reduction and tobacco cessation programs.
You are invited to participate in this survey if you are responsible for wellness or health promotion strategy at your company, either globally or at a regional level. The survey is open to employers of every size, in all industries and regions of the world, and is available in multiple languages.
The survey is open through June 30 to all employers worldwide. There is no cost to participate, and each respondent will receive a complimentary copy of the survey report in appreciation for their participation.

CIEB Welcomes New CFO
Dave Bourdon joined CIEB on June 14 as Chief Financial Officer. Dave will be responsible for financial and risk management functions across the CIEB global portfolio and all regions. He will manage and develop global leadership and strategy setting for the underwriting, actuarial, accounting and financial analysis functions.
Dave joined CIGNA Healthcare as a Financial Development Program Associate in 1999. During his tenure, Dave served in a series of roles with increasing responsibility, including rotations in CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services, Healthcare Pricing, and Underwriting Operations. Post-graduation from the Financial Development Program in 2003, Dave was the Regional Director of Middle Market Underwriting for the Georgia market. Most recently, Dave served as the Chief Financial Officer for CIGNA Health Solutions. Prior to joining CIGNA, he held Financial and Operations Management roles for the United States Coast Guard.
