While other insurers may use International SOS on a limited basis for evacuation services, CIEB has integrated our services with International SOS for its full range of medical care delivery, management, support, and emergency response services. International SOS coordinating physicians are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer member's medical questions and make medical referrals from its large database of more than 15,000 preferred providers around the globe.
